Responsibilities
Ownership of our online shop and our presence on online marketplaces.
Ensure all shop content and product information are up to date.
Plan, coordinate and execute product launches and marketing campaigns.
Develop and implement measures to improve conversion rate and user experience.
Analyze relevant shop and performance metrics and derive optimization opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams as well as external partners.
Ensure the proper functioning of shop features and technical integrations.
Track trends related to e-commerce, CRO, AI and MarTech.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, online marketing or in managing online shops.
Strong understanding of how to influence customer decisions in an online shop.
Analytical thinking and a strong affinity for numbers.
High tech affinity and ability to quickly learn new tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Structured, independent way of working with an ownership mindset.
Appetite for change and willingness to actively shape processes.
Professional proficiency in German (C1) and good command of English.
