IT Analyst/Project Manager for a hyper-growth US Telehealth platform delivering virtual care infrastructure. Bridging business needs and technical development for scalable health solutions in a growing company.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements for the product, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
Design and propose scalable system architectures, data models, and technical workflows
Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed features, identifying potential risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.
Analyze and improve technical processes, ensuring efficient integration of APIs, third-party services, and cloud-based infrastructure.
Work closely with engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure seamless translation of requirements into development-ready specifications and to support implementation throughout the product lifecycle.
Leverage data analytics to assess system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend enhancements to improve product reliability and user experience.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system diagrams, API specifications, and user flows, to support development and stakeholder communication.
Monitor project progress, manage tasks, and provide regular status reports to leadership.
Act as a technical liaison between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring clear communication of complex technical concepts.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst with a strong understanding of cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and microservices.
Ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, developers, and designers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on creating precise documentation and ensuring technical accuracy in all deliverables.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Miro or equivalent for requirements management, system design, and API testing.
Familiarity with security best practices (HIPAA knowledge desirable but not essential)
Healthcare experience is preferred but not essential
