Responsibilities
Provide high-level, confidential support to EVP, Global Communications and the Chief Marketing Officer.
Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings and communications, and support leadership engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate executive meetings, agendas, and materials.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and capture notes, track action items, and ensure follow-up.
Support strategic initiatives led by Global Communications and Marketing.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience and a strong understanding of executive operations and C-suite support
High attention to detail with strong organization and time management
Ability to prioritize competing demands and shift quickly as priorities change
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
Ability to anticipate needs and act with limited direction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar management, and virtual meeting tools
Experience coordinating across teams and managing stakeholders
Ability to manage projects, track deliverables, and ensure follow-through
Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to build relationships and work effectively across all levels of the organization
