About the role
- Projektmanager in Bioanalysis managing bioanalytical projects as a responsible scientist in a hybrid setup. Engaging in various tasks from planning to validation under GLP principles in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Planung, Durchführung, Bewertung und Berichterstattung bioanalytischer Projekte als verantwortlicher Wissenschaftler (m/w/d)
- Übernahme von Aufgaben als Principal Investigator nach den Grundsätzen der Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
- Verfassen, Bearbeiten und Überprüfen von bioanalytischen Protokollen und Berichten
- Überwachung der Entwicklung und Validierung bioanalytischer Methoden zur Quantifizierung kleinmolekularer Wirkstoffe nach geltenden Richtlinien und internen Verfahren über (U)HPLC-MS/MS
- Unterstützung des technischen Personals bei der Analyse, Überprüfung und Diskussion der Analyseergebnisse und Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Zeitpläne
- Besprechung neuer Projektmöglichkeiten und Beratung von Kunden zur Entwicklung optimaler Projektdesigns im Zusammenhang mit dem Vertrieb
- Erstellen von Kostenvoranschlägen für bioanalytische Projekte
- Tägliche Kommunikation von Ergebnissen und Beobachtungen in Projekten mit den Kunden
- Vertretung bioanalytischer Projekte bei Kundenaudits und Inspektionen der Gesundheitsbehörden in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Qualitätsmanagement
Requirements
- Naturwissenschaftlicher Abschluss, Master of Science oder PhD in z.B. Lebensmittelchemie, Chemie, Pharmazie, Biochemie oder Biologie
- Praktische Erfahrung mit pharmakokinetischer Auswertesoftware (Phoenix) ist von Vorteil
- Hohe Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsbereitschaft
- Eine selbständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung in modernen chromatographischen Methoden gekoppelt mit Massenspektrometrie (LC-MS/MS), sowie in Peptidanalytik mittels LC-MS/MS erwünscht
- Erfahrung in relevanter Steuerungs- und Auswertesoftware ist erforderlich (bevorzugt Sciex OS, Thermo Fisher WATSON LIMS)
- Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement-, Problemlösungs- und Analysefähigkeiten
