About the role
- Associate Solutions Consultant at Nuix driving technical deployment and consultation for eDiscovery solutions. Collaborating with customers and teams while representing Nuix in critical environments.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure and validate Nuix platforms in customer environments (on-prem, cloud or hybrid)
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and reproduce findings in controlled test environments
- Identify and proactively escalate risks, blockers and scope changes
- Produce architecture documentation, deployment runbooks and handover materials
- Advise on infrastructure sizing, performance optimisation and best practice
- Support customer proof-of-concepts and technical evaluations
- Partner with Customer Success to drive adoption, platform health and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, Cyber Security, Digital Forensics or related discipline
- Understanding of multi-tier enterprise architectures (application, database, search/indexing and storage layers)
- Experience with enterprise infrastructure: multi-server deployments, mixed OS environments and secure TLS communications
- Windows and/or Linux administration capability
- Networking fundamentals (ports, DNS, routing, firewalls)
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organisation and ownership of deliverables
- Willingness to travel when required
- Identity & access management (Active Directory, LDAP, SAML/SSO, certificates)
- Cloud platforms or containerised deployments
- Scripting or automation (Python, Ruby, PowerShell)
- Experience in eDiscovery, investigations, litigation support or forensic tooling
