Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor the electronic time and attendance system, ensuring accurate clocking, calculation, and consolidation of hours worked.
- Investigate and resolve timekeeping inconsistencies, including the time bank (banco de horas), overtime, absences, and justifications.
- Manage schedules, shifts, and work schedules, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements.
- Provide support to internal teams and employees, addressing questions related to timekeeping and the system.
- Prepare and update management reports, attendance and absenteeism indicators, providing accurate information for decision-making.
- Ensure correct and complete integration of information between the time system and payroll.
- Work on configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of the Sistema Senior modules related to time management.
Requirements
- Solid experience in administering electronic time and attendance systems.
- Advanced knowledge of the Sistema Senior, specifically the Time Management and Time Panel modules.
- Experience with implementation, configuration, and maintenance of time control systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience in high-volume environments.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in large organizations.
- Analytical, organized, highly detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo or Ponta Grossa, onsite once per week.
