Travel Designer responsible for the sale of trips to Scandinavia. Joining a dynamic team at Nordic Collection with a focus on excellent customer service and teamwork.
Responsibilities
Sales: Your main responsibility is selling trips to Norway, Sweden, Iceland and Lapland. You advise our customers by email and phone.
Customer service: You manage enquiries from first contact through post-trip follow-up, including careful management of dossiers.
Itinerary creation: You prepare and price travel proposals, including tailor-made trips for our customers.
Bookings and travel documents: You handle all necessary reservations (flights, accommodation, local services) and ensure all travel documents are complete and correct so that trips run smoothly.
Teamwork: You will be part of a dynamic team and share responsibility for achieving our company goals.
Market development: You contribute to optimising the customer journey for the German market and identify growth opportunities.
Information events: You organise and lead information events for larger groups, both online and on-site.
Requirements
Passion for Scandinavia: You love the Far North and want to share that enthusiasm with others.
Communication skills: You are outgoing, committed and enjoy working with people.
Commercial mindset: You have a solid understanding of business and commercial principles.
Qualifications: A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree is desirable; initial experience in tourism (at least 1 year, preferred) is an advantage but not a requirement.
Language skills: German is your native language and you can express yourself flawlessly and professionally in both written and spoken form.
You also have a good level of English.
