About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the management of NiSource's Records & Information Management Program
- Direct strategy, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise programs

- Design and deliver awareness campaigns and training programs for employees
- Manage vendor relationships for records storage and e-Discovery services
- Evaluate compliance and drive lessons learned to increase performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, legal, or related fields
- At least 7 years of experience in one or more of the following: management, supervisory, and/or business experience
- Proficient with office technologies including Microsoft 365, content and legal hold management systems
- Willingness to travel as needed, including periodic overnight stay and overtime
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
