Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the design or implementation of the CDP (Customer Data Platform) strategy, centralizing data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain complex Identity Resolution logic (Identity Graph) to unify anonymous and identified user profiles.
- Manage marketing data pipelines in the GCP environment (BigQuery, Dataflow), ensuring data cleansing and availability.
- Ensure technical governance of GTM (Google Tag Manager) and GA4, implementing robust data layers and monitoring tracking quality.
- Build integrations for data activation (Reverse ETL) to media platforms (Google Ads, Meta) and CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience building, architecting, or technically managing CDPs (either via commercial tools or a composable architecture in a Data Warehouse).
- Advanced proficiency with the GCP stack (Google Cloud Platform), with mandatory emphasis on BigQuery and advanced SQL.
- Deep knowledge of Identity Resolution (deterministic and probabilistic methods, ID unification).
- Technical expertise in GA4 (raw data export) and GTM (server-side, implementing complex tags and JavaScript for customization).
- Experience with programming languages for data manipulation (Python or SQL).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose data discrepancies across platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience with Reverse ETL tools (e.g., Hightouch, Census) is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of Data Clean Rooms and privacy architecture is a plus.
