Marketing Coordinator supporting APAC marketing initiatives through digital campaign execution and webinar management. Collaborating with multiple teams to ensure successful campaigns and event deliverables.
Responsibilities
Build, execute, and optimise email and digital campaigns in Salesforce and Pardot to support APAC marketing initiatives
Work closely with the Marketing Operations team to build target lists, manage segmentation, and ensure data accuracy
Execute digital components for integrated campaigns supporting events, trade shows, webinars, and channel partner initiatives
Assist with campaign reporting, performance tracking, and lead flow into Salesforce
Own the end-to-end webinar process, from planning and setup through execution and post-event follow-up
Manage webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars and Zoom Events, including registrations, reminders, live execution, and on-demand assets
Coordinate with internal teams, speakers, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery
Act as a liaison between Marketing, Events, Channel Marketing, SDRs, Sales, and Marketing Operations
Maintain accurate tracking of campaigns, leads, and performance metrics
Assist with expense tracking, budget support, and quarterly reporting.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or demand generation roles
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot (or similar marketing automation tools)
Experience building and executing email and digital campaigns
Proven experience managing or supporting webinars, ideally using Zoom Webinars or Zoom Events
Comfortable working as a marketing coordinator across multiple functions, including events and channel marketing
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
