About the role
- UX Designer enhancing B2B shopping platform user experiences with autonomy and collaboration. Involved in redesigning user journeys and conducting user research for improved usability.
Responsibilities
- Work on the evolution of our B2B purchasing platform, directly contributing to transforming user experiences into simpler, more efficient journeys aligned with real business needs.
- Evaluate and redesign flows and journeys with a focus on usability, clarity and efficiency.
- Actively participate in requirement mapping for new developments, ensuring a deep understanding of user and business needs.
- Conduct interviews with users and internal teams to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Support strategic initiatives with deliverables that balance experience and impact.
- Partner with Product and Technology teams from discovery through delivery.
- Actively contribute to the development of the UX discipline within the company.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a UX Designer working on digital products.
- Hands-on proficiency with Figma (from wireframing to prototyping).
- Experience conducting user research to identify needs.
- Generalist profile: ability to work across all stages of the design process (discovery, ideation, prototyping and validation).
- Strong communication skills and ease collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to make informed decisions and practice active listening.
- Critical thinking focused on solving real problems.
- User-centric mindset with attention to delivering value to users.
- It will be a plus if you have:
- Knowledge of procurement, supply chain or e-procurement.
- Experience with B2B platforms.
- Proactive use of AI tools to accelerate discovery and prototyping (e.g., GPT, Readdy, Galileo, etc.).
- Experience with usability testing and user behavior analysis.
