Responsibilities
- Actively participate in identifying and assessing the local risks NiCKEL Germany faces in its payments activities
- Represent the Risk department, particularly in executive committees and other group committees
- Ensure the robustness of the local control framework to monitor and mitigate operational risks
- Participate in cross-functional projects with business units and other integrated functions (Legal and Compliance)
- Ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations across the organization by overseeing the local framework related to the GDPR
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the banking or payments industry with a background in control functions
- German and English required; French is a plus
