About the role

Responsibilities
- Join our TCS team as a System Architect, focusing on Enterprise Cross Domain Systems and related projects
- Lead the design, development, and documentation of system architectures for new products, features, and services
- Evaluate the technical feasibility and risks associated with proposed system designs
- Create and maintain long-term technical roadmaps for system evolution and modernization
- Design and implement systems capable of handling high volumes of traffic and data
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on our systems
- Design and implement security measures to protect system integrity and availability
- Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Clearance (must obtain a Poly within 6 months of start date) (US Citizenship required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field (e.g., Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science)
- DoD 8140.01 / DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Hands-on experience with network devices
- Experience in designing system architectures in Visio
- Understanding of enterprise-level systems, including networking, virtualization, and storage
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Strong teamwork skills with the capability to work independently on projects when needed
