- Following software engineering, architectural, and programming best practices and principles utilizing industry-accepted software design patterns
- Familiarity with continuous integration and software CM processes/tools (GitLab, Maven, Gradle, JIRA, Confluence)
- Applying industry best practices to ensure system performance, reliability, scalability, and security
- Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Time management and organizational skills, including the ability to work in a dynamic, real-time environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Must be able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines
- Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews
- Experience with AWS Cloud and potentially other cloud infrastructures

- 5+ years of experience
- Certifications related to software engineering and/or Cloud platforms
