About the role

- You collaborate closely with colleagues from Trading, Operations, and Data teams
- You drive innovation in forecasting, machine learning, and optimization
- You foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and technical excellence
Requirements
- You have a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Data Science, or comparable expertise in these areas
- You have experience leading teams and working in agile product development
- You encourage the development of innovative ideas and support your team in implementing them
- You have experience in forecasting, optimization, or real-time data processing
- You bring knowledge of modern software development (Python, cloud, CI/CD, microservices)
- You can communicate clearly, listen actively, and approach challenges in a structured way
- You are fluent in German and English (business/professional level).
