Requirements
- Proven experience managing IT or application development projects
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and delivery frameworks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator who can engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with a natural sense of ownership and accountability
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar) (Bonus Skill)
- Experience in fintech, payments, or other regulated environments (Bonus Skill)
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery models (Bonus Skill)
