About the role
- Supporting users to build automations using Power Automate and Power Apps. Conducting training workshops and collaborating with global teams in technology and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Training and Workshops: Design and deliver hands-on training on Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
- Consultative Support: Assist users in building their own automations, ensuring they follow the Center of Excellence (CoE) best practices.
- Strategic Bridge: Serve as the operational link between teams in Brazil and the Global Center of Excellence.
- Agile Development: Build low- to medium-complexity solutions using low-code tools to address local needs.
- Promote the use of generative AI and automation tools as part of a continuous improvement culture.
Requirements
- Languages: Native Portuguese and fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
- Proven hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Educator Profile: Previous experience delivering training, workshops, or enablement sessions for end users.
- Clear Communication: Ability to translate technical jargon into simple, accessible language for non-technical audiences.
- Self-management: Organized and autonomous in managing deliverables and support schedules.
- Bachelor's degree completed.
