Requirements
- Experience building automations combining parametric CAD, direct 3D programming and numerical solvers.
- Python and full-stack software engineering skills, with a strong system understanding.
- Experience building agents requiring specialized context, custom tools and complex reasoning schemes.
- Proven ability to thrive in uncertain, innovative environments and commitment to delivering differentiated user value.
- Excellent communication skills, bridging deep technical understanding with business impact.
