About the role

• Full Stack Developer for modern web applications at NetCero, focusing on ESG Management & Reporting with modern technologies. Responsibilities include API services development and technical decision-making in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• You develop web applications and RESTful API services based on our modern tech stack (TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, React)
• You are responsible for designing and developing new features across the entire development lifecycle
• Together with the team, you make technical decisions that significantly influence the future development of our software
• You proactively introduce modern tools and technologies (e.g., Cursor, AI assistants) into the development process
• You work agilely and proactively in a motivated, young team, collaborating with colleagues on an equal footing

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a full-stack developer with a focus on web development (not a junior/entry-level role)
• Experience developing with modern technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, and React, as well as experience with SQL database systems
• Independent and proactive working style and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Intrinsic drive: you explore new tools on your own initiative (Cursor, AI-assisted development, modern frameworks) and apply them sensibly
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Advantageous: experience building scalable systems and developing a modular monolith
• Experience integrating AI features and LLMs into applications (e.g., with Vercel's AI SDK, LangChain, or similar)
• Active use of AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
