Responsibilities
- Provide financial support for product innovation and renovation projects
- Manage P&L budget and interact with sales and marketing teams
- Support accurate monthly P&L forecasts and participate in business planning meetings
- Provide strategic direction to cross-functional teams on product mix
- Ensure accurate P&L financial integrity and perform variance analysis
- Handle special assignments and audits as required
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting required
- MBA a plus
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in Finance Management &/or Accounting
- Background in consumer products, manufacturing environment a plus
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience using SAP
- Working knowledge of Nestlé Accounting Standards (NAS) for internal candidates
- Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly
- Intermediate to advanced financial modeling skills
- Knowledge of cost accounting principles and activity-based costing
- Strong ability to adapt quickly to changes
