About the role
- Technical Onboarding Specialist configuring Nelly interfaces for health-tech startup. Conducting system tests and providing technical support in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Bring new practices live: You configure Nelly interfaces (VDDS, VDDS-RZ, API) remotely and, when required, on-site
- System testing & quality assurance: After go-live you verify data flows, edge cases, and error patterns
- Technical support: You handle incoming tickets via Jira
- Analyze and resolve issues: Using logs, monitoring data and a bit of detective work, you find root causes and ensure they don’t recur
- Build processes, not just follow them: You document and standardize procedures and work closely with the integrations team on improved workflows, playbooks, and automations.
Requirements
- Native-level German
- Strong communication skills
- Technical aptitude with substance: background in IT support, vocational IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or a technical degree
- Confident with Windows systems and administration; software installations in networked environments are familiar to you
- Structured, solution-oriented working style
