- Mentor senior engineers and shape frontend culture, hiring, and progression
- Ensure frontend systems scale with product growth and organizational complexity
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and scaling teams building large-scale user-facing products
- Strong full-stack background with deep expertise in modern frontend architectures
- Strong experience either hands-on or leading multiple teams across web, mobile (native or cross-platform), and complex UI systems
- Track record of metrics-driven development (UX, engagement, performance, reliability)
- Experience owning deployment, release, and lifecycle of frontend systems tied to backend services
- Ability to influence technical direction and align stakeholders at senior levels
