About the role
- Brand Bookkeeper/Accountant handling bookkeeping and financial reporting for Neighborly's services. Supporting franchisees and maintaining accurate financial records in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements, analyze data, and document business transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records by documenting business transactions and preparing essential financial reports
- Serve as the go-to resource for franchisees, assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping questions and software navigation
- Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure every penny is accounted for
- Verify and process financial data to ensure royalty submissions are submitted correctly and on time
- Help new franchisees get up to speed on our specific bookkeeping practices, procedures, and chart of accounts
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with a mastery of QuickBooks Online
- Comfortable navigating Excel and Outlook
