Responsibilities
To coordinate and conduct moderately complex system analyses through data acquisition and modeling.
To Identify, coordinate, document, and implement business requirements by determining solutions that enhance business systems, as well as provides support to business operations and processes under general supervision.
To analyze business needs to develop and implement solutions that leverage systems and processes with a moderate degree of latitude.
Work with the business to understand their needs, related to information technology and enhance business process by promoting new functionality.
Using working knowledge of the organization's technology infrastructure and specific software applications, assist the business to implement strategic vision through technology.
Requirements
Experience in problem resolution including determining root cause, scope and scale of issues
Experience in the application of statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis and related analytical tools
Experience in leading collaborative work teams
Experience in leading projects and/or initiatives of small to medium scope
Experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
Working knowledge of data querying, reporting, forecasting, analysis and operations research, including statistical methods and modeling
Experience that demonstrates the ability to research, compile, and document data, business processes, and workflow
Experience in market/consumer research, project management, and analysis in support of strategic planning initiatives
Experience in SQL and VBA database languages
