About the role

• Director of Fundraising leading market-based Endurance Event campaigns for National MS Society. Achieving revenue goals through strategic donor engagement and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of market-based Endurance campaigns
• Achieve revenue goals through donor cultivation, team and participant activation, and campaign performance
• Set pace and standard for fundraising execution
• Partner with AVP and coordinate efforts across the regional team
• Foster cross-team alignment by coordinating frontline activity
• Use CRM and campaign dashboards to inform decisions

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Experience supervising staff or volunteers
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce) and data analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement long-term fundraising plans
• Experience planning and executing donor events, stewardship programs, and grant proposals
