About the role
- Group Management Accountant responsible for accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced environment. Leading month-end activities, statutory reporting, and collaboration with global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly reporting process including accruals, prepayments, revenue recognition (ARR and PS), debt interest calculations, and R&D time allocation/ capitalisation, professional services revenue recognition, reporting, and WIP reconciliation.
- Employee cost reconciliations including payroll journal review.
- Manage sales and other employee commission calculations.
- Implement and maintain Group transfer pricing policies.
- Prepare subsidiary financial statements and tax returns (Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, US).
- Support the Group audit with audit requests, follow-ups, and key judgement memos.
- Lead the R&D tax credit application process.
- Perform employee T&E reviews.
- Prepare VAT and sales tax returns.
- Deliver FRS102 implementation effective 1-Jan-26.
- NetSuite system administration.
Requirements
- Strong financial accounting experience in multi-entity environments.
- Experience with statutory accounts and tax filings across jurisdictions.
- Understanding of IFRS revenue recognition including ARR, PS and WIP.
- Audit experience including preparation of key judgement documentation.
- Knowledge of FRS102 and IFRS.
- NetSuite System Administration
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
