Responsibilities
Effectively manage scope, schedules, prioritization and capacity management across the end to end workflow of intent and supporting delivery teams
Lead and orchestrate communication delivery of intent to ensure flawless execution across all delivery channels (ie: digital, direct mail, statements etc)
Partner with project stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical recommendations in support of project delivery
Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
Ensure projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and are delivered on time
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering or interacting with internal business clients
At least 5 years of Process or Project Management experience
Masters or MBA degree (preferred)
4+ years of experience with project management tools (Workfront) (preferred)
6+ years of experience working, supporting or partnering with internal business clients (preferred)
6+ years of Project or Process Management experience (preferred)
Process or Project Management certification (ie Lean, Six Sigma, PMP), Business Management Certification (preferred)
