About the role
- Content Operations Intern supporting Operations and Community teams at Musixmatch. Involves managing content workflows, client requests, and operational processes in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor client environments and ensure content workflows are running smoothly
- Support content editing and quality assurance (QA) processes
- Assist in managing and tracking requests through Jira (Atlassian)
- Monitor, triage, and assign daily content escalations and incoming requests (internal and external)
- Track and update the status of ongoing requests to ensure timely resolution
- Support the use of AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency
- Provide regular status updates to the Operations and Service Management teams
- Assist the Community Operations team in organizing and prioritizing client requests
- Communicate requests, updates, and priorities to relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to identifying and suggesting process improvements
- Support project coordination activities across the broader team
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Basic experience with documentation, reporting, or academic/project-based structured work
- Interest or familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms
