Salesforce Administrator for the GTM Systems team at Multiverse, a tech upskilling platform. Focused on delivering high-performance solutions and managing the Salesforce org to support business growth.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of high-performance solutions using the full declarative suite.
Act as a primary guardian of the Multiverse Salesforce org.
Oversee the technical health and integration of our best-in-class GTM tools.
Partner closely with RevOps and GTM leadership to translate business pain points into technical blueprints.
Maintain rigorous data governance standards.
Manage the deployment lifecycle using Sandboxes and modern deployment tools.
Proactively identify friction in the user experience, creating documentation and providing technical guidance.
Requirements
2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or "scale-up" environment.
Advanced mastery of Salesforce Flow and a deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
A strong understanding of GTM workflows, including lead assignment (Round Robins), territory management, and sales forecasting.
A "system-first" thinker who doesn't just fix symptoms but diagnoses root causes to implement permanent, scalable fixes.
Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Finance, explaining technical solutions in a way that aligns with business outcomes.
Experience managing a modern GTM stack (e.g., LeanData, Gong, Lusha).
