About the role

Responsibilities
- Support mid-sized companies and investors from Germany and abroad
- Advise companies, their shareholders and their management
- Represent clients in litigation, out-of-court disputes and arbitration proceedings

Requirements
- Successful completion of state law examinations (qualifying exams)
