Responsibilities
Build deep knowledge of Patient Safety systems and processes, especially those involving Veeva Vaults
Develop strong relationships within the technical expert community
Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover and communicate user needs and support product discovery and analysis
Write clear and actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
Lead planning, design, and support testing activities, with emphasis on edge case scenarios
Provide close business analysis support to the Product Manager to ensure valuable and viable product outcomes
Compile training and communication materials for end users
Prioritize competing business demands effectively
Understand technology standards and architecture guidelines and contribute to IT development by reviewing proposed technical solutions
Prepare and review technical documentation for owned solutions
Act as both a team player and a proactive individual contributor
Requirements
B.A./B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
3 to 5 years IT business analyst and/or technical analyst experience
Proven experience in IT, including software development lifecycle and business process design
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to simplify complex problems and identify pain points
Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies and apply them to business needs
Strong business acumen and collaborative mindset
Experience managing relationships across cultures, geographies, and organizational levels
Very good communication skills, ability to work in international and intercultural teams
Self-driven personality with a strong focus on understanding and measuring business value
Experience designing solutions that enable end users to effectively use data and increase productivity
