Data Analyst in the Regional Data & Analytics team for Central & Eastern Europe. Designing and delivering scalable analytics solutions to drive measurable commercial outcomes across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
Build, maintain and improve analytical data products to support in-market sales reporting across direct and indirect Route-to-Customer models.
Create and maintain Power BI datasets, reports and dashboards that deliver timely, actionable commercial insights to country and regional stakeholders.
Deliver ad‑hoc and cross‑functional analyses and data products requested by regional or country stakeholders ensuring timely, accurate and documented outputs.
Implement and operate Dataiku workflows and SQL transformations to feed reporting datasets; schedule and monitor daily/nightly jobs.
Monitor data quality and pipeline health; troubleshoot failures and performance issues and implement automated alerts and simple remediation steps.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deployment plans; coordinate releases with product owners and regional leads.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, finance, marketing, customer service, logistics) to validate definitions, reconcile metrics and prioritize analytics improvements.
Produce and maintain clear documentation, including data lineage diagrams, onboarding materials and runbooks.
Drive regional unification and standardization of data processes, schemas and definitions to enable consistent reporting and reuse.
Propose and deliver scalable solutions and performance optimizations; apply best practices for modeling, testing and deployment.
Support implementation of regional tools and local adaptation in cooperation with country stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2-5 years relevant analytics experience; commercial analytics and multi-country/regional exposure preferred.
Strong, hands-on experience with Power BI (creating and maintaining datasets, reports and dashboards independently).
High proficiency in Excel and SQL.
Practical experience with Python for data processing and scripting.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools for building and operating data workflows and models.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work across languages and cultures.
Fluent English.
