Responsibilities
Responsible for orchestrating the strategic interpretation of data and CRM for global clients, ensuring an integrated view of campaigns, the customer base, and behavior across the customer journey.
Works on structuring and modeling data sets, building dashboards, and conducting continuous performance analyses, ensuring consistency, scalability and clarity for decision-making and guiding CRM activations based on data.
With analytical autonomy, drives CRM activations using historical and current data, identifying opportunities, prioritizing performance levers and directing action plans.
Collaborates closely with Planning and Business teams, connecting data, processes and CRM rules to maximize efficiency and impact for high-volume brands.
Requirements
Advanced SQL, BigQuery, Power BI and/or Looker
Previous experience with CRM analysis, performance and segmentation — preferred
Analytical mindset, critical thinking and decision-oriented approach
Clear communication and a consultative posture
Degree in STEM, Business Administration and/or related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience in the area
