Responsibilities
Conduct interviews, focus groups, ethnographic studies, and usability tests;
Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable insights, and use data analytics tools to interpret usage metrics and user behavior;
Develop and maintain detailed personas and user journey maps based on research, and regularly update these artifacts to reflect changes in user needs and behavior;
Work closely with the design team to ensure design solutions meet user needs;
Create and test low- and high-fidelity prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate quickly based on user feedback and usability testing;
Document research findings clearly and accessibly and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the company;
Monitor product performance and suggest continuous improvements based on research and user feedback, and stay up to date with design trends and market best practices.
Requirements
Solid experience in digital product design, with experience in gamification and/or engagement products;
Fluent in English and intermediate in Spanish;
Proficient in Figma;
Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research, and familiarity with user-centered design methodologies;
Experience analyzing product and usability metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and concisely;
Proactive and able to work autonomously to manage complex, multitask projects, anticipate issues, and propose solutions;
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams;
Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative development practices;
Initiative to help mature the team by absorbing and sharing knowledge.
