Responsibilities
Ensure implementation of tools according to the agreed schedule, documenting all stages and providing project status reports;
Organize resources to achieve proposed objectives (identify required roles and skill levels for the project);
Review and ensure execution of tasks;
Responsible for developing digitization projects with an emphasis on AI, system integrations in the e-procurement tool, and system and process improvements;
Execute tests and take part in change management plans;
Prepare executive presentations for the board and business units, tailored to the needs of each modality;
Consolidate and analyze strategic data;
Identify opportunities for system improvements and process automations aligned with Motiva’s purpose;
Analyze market trends and developments in sustainable procurement to identify opportunities to improve sourcing practices and keep the company at the forefront of sustainability;
Implement sustainable procurement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget;
Train and guide employees on purchasing systems and processes across the company;
Monitor and control risk management, action plans, audits, and internal audits of the areas, ensuring compliance with standards and correction of any process deviations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
Postgraduate specialization in the relevant area
Knowledge of BI, analytics, and Power Automate
Experience with tools: Coupa, SAP, Data Lake
Knowledge of Supply Chain / Procurement processes and systems
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Jundiaí, SP
Experience with digitalization, operational efficiency, or technology projects
