Responsibilities
- leading the global TME/AE team for products development and validation
- Work with marketing team for direct customer engagements, establish production roadmap and definition, and business strategy
- coordinate with internal backend team and field team for customer support
- Lead TMEs/AE team for technical support of customer’s design projects
- Direct customer engagement, build mutual trust and form strategic partnerships with key customers
- Co-work with marketing team for business strategy and execution
- Coordinate cross-functional team from start (definition) to end (release) for product development
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in power electronics for DC/DC power conversion topologies
- Deep understanding of CPU/GPU system power architecture
- Strong problem solving capabilities
- Fluent communication skills in English
- mandarin is a plus
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and strong leadership
- Previous experience in a system or analog/mixed signal IC company desired
- MSEE or higher required
