Responsibilities
- Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth.
- You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources.
- Offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans.
- Develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.
- Responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of trade marketing initiatives designed to drive product visibility, sales, and market share within assigned markets.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and develop market-specific assets.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison with distributors, ensuring effective in-market execution and strong collaboration with the sales team.
- Impacts on development of distribution/channel/customer distribution/coverage plans, MSL forming, execution of shelf space, category management activities.
- Monitors & propose action plans to deliver price/promo competitiveness & PPA launch.
- Accountable for the successful delivery of annual trade marketing execution plans and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in trade marketing, ideally within relevant industry, e.g., FMCG, CPG.
- Snack bar/functional nutrition experience highly favorable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive in-market execution through distributors and/or retailers.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
