About the role
- Participate in a Graduate Program in Finance at Mondelēz International, focusing on plant controlling activities and financial planning. Gain on-the-job experience and develop essential skills through rotations.
Responsibilities
- Supporting plant controlling activities related to Manufacturing conversion costing, budgeting, actual reporting and key performance tracking
- Supporting the Plant controller and understanding the overall performance of the Bratislava plant
- Acting as first point of contact for ad hoc plant analysis
- Continuous improvement activities related to plant productivity for the cluster of plants
- Performing financial planning, reporting and operational metrics tracking for Mondelēz Supply Chain
- Analyzing financial data and creating financial models to support decision making
- Working closely with finance teams across Europe to ensure correct data interpretation and reporting
- Identifying and driving process improvements
Requirements
- Advanced level of MS Excel
- Fluency in English
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Drive for results
- Track record in strong analytical skills
- Experience in ERP based business tools – SAP, BI, Web Intelligence would be an advantage
- University education in Business Administration or Finance
- Being qualified or actively studying towards an appropriate qualification: CICM/ACCA/CIMA is a plus
