- Main Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and Control: Prepare, monitor and control the budget, identifying variances between planned and actual results.
- Month-end Close and Reporting: Execute the monthly close, including account reconciliations, cost and inventory accounting.
- Data Analysis: Create dashboards and management reports (KPIs) to support senior management.
- Strategic Support: Model financial scenarios and propose corrective actions to improve process efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) and ERP systems (TOTVS).
