Responsibilities
Early involvement and collaboration with R&D and other cross-organization teams
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define NPI objectives, milestones, and success criteria
Develop and execute NPI plans based on organization milestones and targets
Work closely with the quality team to integrate quality standards into the NPI process
Ability to collaborate with engineering teams to review design intent, manufacturability, and product robustness
Lead & Support productization of Electromechanical / Cables and peripherals related to the system solution
Implementation of production testing tools, jigs, and test benches
Examination and approval of prototype parts, molds, tools
Failure investigation (mechanical/electrical) and RCA monitoring
Working in a high‑intensity and dynamic environment
International travel and support for various sites worldwide as needed (primarily Europe and Asia)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
7+ years of experience in similar positions
Strong technical orientation with the ability to read and interpret electrical and / or mechanical drawings.
Experience in leading multi-disciplinary NPI Process of an HW-SW-Mechanical product
Proven experience in creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
Demonstrated proficiency in managing the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process (including creation, review, approval, and implementation)
Experience with managing complex projects
Data driven and details orientated
Proficient in written and verbal communication in English is a must
