Responsibilities
- Define the information mappings for all triggering events related to collections (incoming payments)
- Formalize specifications prior to the development of the interface application module
- Provide the test datasets required for acceptance testing of downstream systems
- Communicate with the software vendor as needed on complex mappings
- Ensure structured reporting via JIRA
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Analysis on projects related to retirement savings
- At least 3 to 4 years' experience with the KELIA software package
- Excellent knowledge of the KELIA data model
- Good understanding of retirement savings products and their management processes
- Proficiency with JIRA
- Desired qualities
