  • Risk Control Specialist at Marsh McLennan Agency evaluating safety needs and promoting client advocacy. Requires experience in the Environmental Health & Safety Industry with relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client and prospects risk needs through industry data, loss data, OSHA records, policies / procedures, physical inspections of facilities, and interviews of tier employees and management.
  • Promote partnership and advocacy with clients
  • Further the ideals of risk control methods and best practices for all safety related job duties and functions

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Three (3) to Five (5) or more years’ experience in the Environmental Health & Safety Industry
  • OSHA authorized instructor status for the Construction and/or General Industry (preferred)
  • Professional designation of Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Master’s in Environmental Safety and Health, Associate in Risk Management (ARM), or Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or equivalent.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license (preferred)
