About the role
- Beheerder Pensioen managing pension administration and supporting teams at Mercer in Rotterdam or Amstelveen. Collaborating with various teams to ensure effective pension management.
Responsibilities
- Samen met verschillende klantteams zorg jij voor het dagelijks beheer van de pensioenregeling.
- In samenwerking met de verzekeraar draag jij zorg voor verwerking van mutaties en een actuele pensioenregeling.
- Het zelfstandig verzamelen en controleren van werknemersbestanden van de klant.
- Het ondersteunen van collega’s bij aanpassingen en advisering op de pensioenregeling.
- Het volgen van relevante ontwikkelingen en actualiteiten in jouw werkgebied en deze toepassen in je werk.
- Het plannen van je eigen werkzaamheden en proactief bijdragen aan de klanttevredenheid.
- Het beantwoorden van vragen van werkgevers en hun werknemers over de inhoud en administratie van hun pensioenregeling.
Requirements
- Ben je in het bezit van een MBO of Bachelor-diploma: in (Bedrijfs)-Economie; Banking & Insurance; of andere financiële opleidingen.
- 1 - 5 jaar relevante werkervaring.
- Uitstekende administratieve en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Klantgericht, enthousiast, proactief, zelfstandig en een teamspeler.
- Affiniteit met pensioen, financiële vraagstukken, beleggen, moderne technologie en/of big data.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
