Identify yield gain opportunities and successfully implement strategies to achieve yield targets.
Plan and implement a baseline improvement program to drive yield enhancements.
Ensure process control charts are set up accurately, with strict adherence to limits and reaction mechanisms.
Collaborate with Process Integration, Production, and other process areas, determining the best approaches to meet and exceed goals.
Follow up on all defects related to SWRs, ensuring timely updates to the defect library.
Set up contamination, defect, and performance qualification procedures and frequencies.
Characterize process responses to parameters and define process margins with respect to upstream and downstream steps.
Qualify conversions and new processes, working tirelessly to reduce scrap and excursions.
Study new methods for defect analysis to maintain and improve world-class standards.
