Provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems
Checking out and approving operational quality of system equipment
Serving as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects

Requirements
Associate’s degree, or equivalent combinations of work and school
Bachelor's degree and/or applicable certification is preferred
5 years of related Semiconductor or similar industry experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong analytic, business and interpersonal skills
Motivated, self-driven, positive approach to problem solving
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high tech environment
