About the role

• Backend Developer responsible for Oracle PL/SQL solutions and supporting financial systems at Minsait. Collaborate in agile environments ensuring high-quality code and system stability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and evolve backend solutions in an Oracle environment, with a focus on PL/SQL.
• Support and enhance financial and treasury systems, ensuring stability, performance, and delivery quality.
• Optimize database routines, procedures, and processes, ensuring adherence to technical and regulatory standards.
• Work with code versioning and deployment automation using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Ensure compliance with the GBO / SIGOM architecture and other established technical standards.
• Actively participate in requirements analysis, impact assessment, and resolution of technical issues.
• Support data integration and transformation initiatives between corporate systems.
• Work in agile environments, using methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of solutions.

Requirements

• Solid experience in backend development with PL/SQL on Oracle databases.
• Experience with financial and/or treasury systems, preferably in high-criticality corporate environments.
• Knowledge of code versioning (GitHub) and deployment pipeline automation (GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with GBO / SIGOM architecture or the ability to quickly adapt to established architectural standards.
• Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
