IT Support Technician providing user support and hardware maintenance for Minsait. Engaging in configuration and troubleshooting of data networks in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Provide on-site user support for IT-related issues.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on desktop and laptop hardware.
Provide basic support for data and voice network infrastructure.
Configure Microsoft networks and network devices.
Install, configure, and update operating systems and corporate software.
Assist in identifying and resolving network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi and wired).
Assist with configuration and testing of equipment such as switches, routers, and access points.
Log tickets in the service desk system and follow up until resolution.
Follow internal procedures and help maintain the IT inventory.
Requirements
Completed technical or higher education recognized by MEC/SISTEC in Computer Science/Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields.
Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware.
Basic knowledge of data and voice network infrastructure.
Familiarity with Microsoft network configuration and network devices.
Ability to install and configure operating systems and software.
Valid Category B driver's license.
