About the role

  • Managing instructional design and development for organizational change at Minsait. Collaborating with various departments and ensuring effective training delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering L&D activities focused on organizational change. Will be a key member of the Organizational Change Management team, ensuring that teams are prepared and engaged with internal transformations (new systems, processes, culture).
  • Lead change communication initiatives with a focus on training and development for organizational changes, including online learning paths and other training modalities.
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs (in-person and online) aimed at organizational change projects.
  • Create and deliver digital learning paths (e-learning) to upskill employees on new platforms, systems, and processes.
  • Prepare support materials (presentations, manuals, videos, digital content) aligned with the company’s brand and the needs of each project.
  • Partner with HR, Internal Communications, and Project teams to ensure alignment of L&D activities.
  • Measure and monitor training effectiveness indicators, proposing continuous improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and development meetings focused on engaging teams throughout the transformation journey.
  • Serve as the regional point of contact for training topics related to process and operational changes.
  • Manage requests and deadlines autonomously with energy and a strategic mindset.

Requirements

  • Experience in Training & Development with a focus on Organizational Change Management (OCM) is a strong plus.
  • Experience designing and delivering online learning paths (LMS, digital platforms) and in-person training when required.
  • Knowledge of learning and development methodologies.
  • Academic background: currently studying or degree completed in a field related to the role.
  • Availability to travel to other states.
  • Work modality: Hybrid.
