Senior Analyst handling pricing analysis and business intelligence at Localiza&Co. Focused on converting data insights into actionable business strategies for sustainable mobility.

Responsibilities

Conduct business analyses focused on pricing using large volumes of data, converting information into practical insights to support strategic company decisions.
Use artificial intelligence solutions to increase productivity, support analytical exploration, organize information, and generate insights.
Develop solutions and automate operational processes using data with tools such as Python and SQL.
Structure complex analytical studies to identify opportunities, trends, result drivers, risks, and operational efficiency gains.
Create, monitor, and enhance performance indicators, executive dashboards, and periodic analyses to ensure visibility into the performance of key business pillars.
Act in a consultative manner with partner areas, understanding business challenges, translating requests into structured analyses, and supporting the definition of action plans.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses that support strategic discussions, performance evaluations, initiative prioritization, and value capture.
Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of the data used, proposing improvements to databases, processes, and measurement criteria.
Prepare executive presentations, recommendations, and materials for decision-making forums with clarity, objectivity, and strong synthesis skills.
Propose new analytical approaches, models, automations, and tools that increase productivity, the depth of analyses, and value creation for the business.

Bachelor's degree (completed).
Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Python, or other data analysis and visualization tools.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Solid experience in data analysis, business analytics, performance, or business intelligence.
Strong ability to build managerial analyses, KPIs, and diagnostics aimed at decision-making.
Experience preparing executive presentations and storytelling with data.
Ability to structure business problems and translate them into objective analyses and actionable recommendations.
Good communication, organizational skills, and ease working with different stakeholders, including managerial and executive audiences.
Proactive and curious profile, with strong analytical thinking, autonomy, and interest in exploring new tools and approaches.
Familiarity with using AI tools applied to productivity, analysis, and management support.
Knowledge of statistics, testing, segmentation, or analytical methodologies applied to the business context.
Experience with data modeling, analysis automation, and dashboard development.
Experience in pricing, financial, commercial, operational, or strategic analyses.
Experience working on data-driven projects.
Interest in innovation, automation, and the practical application of new technologies in day-to-day work.
