Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of five (3 accounting clerks, 2 credit controllers).
Lead month-end and year-end financial close processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for tax, legal, and credit management activities within the cluster.
Contribute to project design, coordinate central and local stakeholders, and drive the harmonization of financial processes.
Requirements
Qualified and experienced in accounting, tax, and legal matters in an international context.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in a leadership role.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
Experience working in a multinational, multilingual environment, preferably within the Benelux and France.
